Call for Papers, Volume 11, Number 2, December 2026

Al-Irsyad: Journal of Islamic and Contemporary Issues (eISSN: 2550-1992) invites scholarly contributions for Volume 11, Number 2 (December 2026). As an open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed international journal published biannually by Penerbit UIS, Malaysia, IJICI provides a platform for multidisciplinary research addressing contemporary Islamic thought and practice. The journal welcomes submissions that transcend intellectual and geographic boundaries, offering empirical and conceptual insights with broad implications for the study of Islam in modern contexts.

Researchers and academicians are encouraged to submit original manuscripts that explore significant, contemporary, and ground-breaking discussions in Islamic and related fields. All submissions will undergo rigorous peer review under the guidance of the esteemed editorial board and expert reviewers.

All the articles submitted must be either in Arabic, English, or Malay.

The articles submitted to this journal will be deemed as they have not been published and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The journal welcomes the submission of articles that meet the criteria of scholarly excellence. Our review process allows the authors and researchers an opportunity to use their expertise in several significant ways.
